Santa Lucia Conservancy coordinates access to the Santa Lucia Preserve and provides interpretive education programs for the general public in cooperation with local organizations.

Santa Lucia Conservancy has established relationships to the community within and outside Santa Lucia Preserve: Interpretive programs provide opportunities for Preserve residents and local youth and adult groups to explore the natural landscape and to learn about its unique resources Cooperative programs with other conservation and research organizations, as well as scholastic institutions, provide opportunities for scientific study that are mutually beneficial.
